Reason:

Terms of settlement:
1. Check whether the suction port of the oil pump has suction. The pump is damaged without suction. In addition, check whether there is leakage at the oil pump suction port during oil filling. Wuxi Shenchong suggests that you replace the new hydraulic oil according to the period specified by the manufacturer, so as to form inconvenience in the production process.
2. The repairman should observe whether the oil pump is in operation. Usually, when the oil pump is broken, the CNC plate shearing machine will only show the situation that the plate can be cut, but also make abnormal noise when the machine is running. To judge whether the oil pump is damaged, the repairman can directly put his hand into the oil tank, then step on the foot switch to feel whether the oil pipe can absorb oil normally. If the oil suction is normal, the oil pump has been damaged; if the oil suction is normal, it is the problem of the oil pump.
3. Check whether the relief valve core is blocked, the repair personnel need to remove the relief valve spool for cleaning. If the relief valve spool is blocked, there will be no pressure in the whole hydraulic system.
4. It is possible that the spool of the two position four-way solenoid valve is sensitive, so the repair personnel should remove the spool for cleaning.
